Alexandra, Aldershot
Reopened on 21st December, as part of the EI Offshoot the Craft Union Pub Company which focuses on locals pub with sport and entertainment being the main drivers. Indeed the pub remains primarily focussed as a Sports Bar. Very cheap beer, no real ale.

Napiers (now Admiral), Ash Vale
the pub closed last September but the tenancy is mentioned on Punch’s Website as being available soon.

Hart House, Fleet
A new pub is planned for Fleet. The former Harwoods wine bar closed in 2004, being converted to Ask Italian Restaurant. However, plans are now well advanced for reopening as a pub in late February 2018, with 4 real ales available.

Bel & The Dragon, Godalming
This cafe bar restaurant situated in a converted seventeenth century Congregational church closed on 2nd January. The owners citing the inability to provide accommodation combined with a lack of car parking and a general downturn in trade over the previous 12 months.

Anchor, Knaphill
A planing application has been submitted to develop the Anchor as housing but retaining the pub on the ground floor.

Cherry Tree, Rowledge
Waverley BC have approved the planning application to convert the pub to housing, despite an outstanding Asset of Community Value application they considered this was not a material planning consideration. In terms of the loss of the pub they agreed there had been insufficient information provided to demonstrate it was was not viable but nevertheless concluded that as there were other pubs in the area, there was no loss in amenity.

White Lyon & Dragon, Worplesdon
the pub closed in early October and is now boarded up, though the tenancy is available on the EI Group Website.
