The freehold of the pub is available for £600,000 which is substantially more than the £265,000 it sold for in 2017. The price seems to assume they can build two houses in the garden.

There is an active ACV in place for the pub, but it was applied for by the Save Our Staff, community group, but that Group is no longer active.
