See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

Once the only brew-pub in Surrey, after a period of closure the pub reopened in July 2016. Although no longer owned by Hall & Woodhouse they continue to provide the beers, with a strong focus on food. Enter the front door and you pass through a charming porch and dog station before entering the main pub. The pub has interconnecting drinking/dining areas on both sides of a shallow U-shaped bar, with a more formal dining area to the rear and separate, smaller private room to the right. The pub is decorated in a modern style, whilst retaining an old fashioned feel. Children are well catered for; as well as books and games in the pub there is a well equipped play area to the rear, adjacent to an extensive patio area.

The pub was successfully listed as an Asset of Community Value in September 2016.
