A village pub right at the heart of the Yateley community with the Village Green in front and the old St Swithun’s Church next door to the pub. Reopened in July 2014 after major refurbishment and a change of management. In addition to the regular beer there are up to three guest beers, one of which may be from a local brewery. Open plan bar with TVs (Sky Sports & BT Sports). This family friendly pub is now managed by Mark and Tania Edgell who built up an excellent reputation for quality real ales and home made food during their seven very successful years at the Frog and Wicket in nearby Eversley. Sunday lunches are now legendary at the D&P where table bookings are essential. Voted as a runner up in Britain's Best Sunday lunches in the Knorr and Unilever annual awards. The Dog & Partridge was once the HQ for the Official Monster Raving Loony Party who held their Annual Conferences there for each of the 5 years when their Party Leader was the Landlord from 2000 to 2005.
