This town pub, to the west of the centre, reopened in June 2026, after an extensive refurbishment, reverting to a more traditional pub feel, with extensive wooden flooring. Live music and televised sport have been reintroduced with Open Mic Wednesdays. a live DJ on Friday and a band on Saturday. No food initially, though it is planned to return shortly.
